Ontario Launches Home Renovation Savings Program to Boost Energy Efficiency

Beginning January 28th, 2025, the Government of Ontario will introduce the Home Renovation Savings Program, providing rebates of $100 for each new window or door installed and $600 for a home energy assessment.

The Ontario Government has launched the 2025 Window Rebate Program to support energy-efficient home renovations and upgrades. This program offers Ontario homeowners up to 30% immediate savings, along with reduced hydro bills and lower heating and cooling costs. By applying for the rebate, homeowners can take advantage of significant savings on energy-efficient upgrades, such as window and door replacements.

Installing new ENERGY STAR-certified windows and doors from Aurora Windows and Doors Ltd ensures your home meets specific energy efficiency standards. These upgrades improve home insulation, air sealing, and indoor temperature consistency while reducing utility bills, energy costs, and overall energy consumption.
Through the 2025 Home Renovations Saving Program, Ontario homeowners can access rebates for not only energy-efficient window replacements but also for doors, skylights, boilers, furnaces, airtightness improvements, and insulation upgrades.
